About the Event

Master safe and straight forward techniques to growing your own delicious greens at home.  Microgreens and sprouts are extremely nutritious and are making a move out of restaurants into our kitchens. If you value a simpler, organic and more sustainable relationship with your food this workshop is for you. By joining this workshop, you will have a chance to win a growing kit and seeds.

This online workshop will be presented by a certified master gardener Sheila Bonneteau. Besides holding her Master Gardener accreditation, Sheila studied Greenhouse Crop Production and is currently the proud owner of Mannequin Gardening Solutions in Regina. Sheila assists clients with landscape designs, garden issues, personal coaching and container gardening.

This is a free virtual workshop open to everyone. To attend this workshop, you need to have access to a computer/tablet/smartphone with an internet connection. Our presenter will use the ZOOM to deliver this class. We encourage you to download and install ZOOM prior to the class if you don't have it installed. If you can't, a normal internet browser will work. Zoom link with the password will be shared only to registrants closer to the workshop date. One of our team members will be available to assist you with technology if you need so.
