About the Event

Please note that this workshop is organized by Regina Seedy Saturday, we are providing technical support.

Learn how to grow microgreens from seed, and you will have an unlimited supply of fresh, nutritious, and tender salad greens. Microgreens are rapidly becoming a popular ingredient in homes and restaurants. Microgreens’ speedy turnaround time, about two weeks, from seeding to harvest makes them ideal for quick learning compared to other gardening methods. You can grow microgreens in your own home and the whole process takes only a little investment. Microgreens setups can be operated year-round, no matter where you live.

Join Taylor Crassweller to learn how to grow microgreens at home. Taylor is the second generation gardener at Cedar Creek, a family owned operation just outside of Regina. His enthusiasm is infectious and his love of gardening apparent. Taylor has recently started Cedar Creek Greens, which produces tasty microgreens.

This is a free online workshop that can be attended by anyone who has access to a computer/tablet/smartphone with an internet connection. Our presenter will use Zoom to deliver the class. We encourage you to download and install Zoom prior to the class if you have not already done so. If you cannot access Zoom app, a standard web browser will work. The Zoom link with the password will only be shared to registrants closer to the workshop date.
